Mario and friends have become doctors?

A colorful virus has plunged Dr. Mario's world into panic! Dr. Mario and his 30 friends have donned lab coats and grabbed capsules! Now they're ready to wipe out the unruly viruses.

The main and most common goal is to eliminate all viruses on the screen by connecting capsules of the same color to each virus, although instead of the capsules falling, the game's gravity points upward to the virus located at the top of the screen.
